Rain Expected in Jakarta on Tuesday Afternoon and Evening

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Light rain is forecasted to hit most areas of Jakarta on Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), on (12/24/2024). The morning will mostly be cloudy across the region, except in Kepulauan Seribu, where rain is expected.
“Jakarta will experience wet conditions starting in the afternoon,” BMKG stated. Average temperatures will range from 27-29°C from morning to afternoon, with humidity reaching up to 82 percent. Kepulauan Seribu is expected to clear up after the morning rain.
Light rain is predicted to continue into the evening across most areas, while Kepulauan Seribu is likely to stay partly cloudy.
Conditions will stabilize by nightfall, with all areas expected to be cloudy. "Jakarta will remain humid with nighttime humidity levels reaching 91 percent," BMKG reported.
Jakarta Weather Forecast:
- Morning: Cloudy, except Kepulauan Seribu (light rain).
- Afternoon: Light rain in most areas, Kepulauan Seribu clear.
- Evening: Light rain except Kepulauan Seribu (partly cloudy).
- Night: All areas cloudy.
