The first land invasion failed, Israel bombarded Gaza.
Israel again bombarded Gaza with numerous airstrikes on Monday against Hamas fighters. The attack was carried out in the Palestinian enclave.
It was reported that 436 people died as a result of the air attack. They were in the south of the narrow and densely populated Gaza Strip when the attack occurred.
This bombing happened because of Israel's defeat by Hamas militants who killed 1400 people, with around 200 people taken hostage.
Apart from that, Israel also attacked South Lebanon and fought Palestinians on the West Bank. This attack shows that the conflict has been increasingly widespread.
Meanwhile, civilians in the enclave feel desperate because they are running out of food, water and shelter from Israeli air strikes. This was conveyed by the UN representative. Even though there is a lot of aid flowing, it hasn’t met all their needs.
The quite worrying condition is that in two weeks of Israeli attacks, at least 5,087 Palestinians have been killed and 2055 of them are children.
The previous night there had been a deep ambush by tanks and infantry of Israel which killed the terrorist forces. The aim of the attack was also to gather information about 222 hostages held by the Hamas Islamist group, said chief military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, reported by Reuters.
In the attack, at least 18 residents were killed and dozens of others were injured. This is information from the Gaza Interior Ministry which is managed by Hamas.
