Weather Forecast for Jakarta Today: Mostly Rain

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that light to moderate rain will fall in the Jakarta area on Tuesday (6/17/2025) today.
Quoted from a post on its social media, BMKG predicts that thick clouds will occur first from 07.00 to 10.00 WIB in the West Jakarta and Central Jakarta areas. After that, rain will fall from noon to evening.
At night, thick clouds will reappear, making the temperature in the area at 25-28 degrees Celsius.
Thick clouds will also appear in South Jakarta in the morning between 07.00 and 10.00 WIB. The weather will change to rain which will fall from 13.00 to 19.00 WIB.
On the other hand, more or less the same weather will also occur in East Jakarta which will be covered in thick clouds in the morning from 07.00 to 10.00 WIB. Rain will fall in the area from 13:00 to 2:00 WIB.
For North Jakarta, rain will actually fall in the morning at 07:00 WIB and change to thick clouds at 10:00 WIB. Rain will fall again from 13:00 to 16:00 WIB.
Meanwhile, the weather in the Seribu Islands will rain from 04:00 to 13:00 WIB. However, entering the afternoon until night, the area will be covered in thick clouds.
