Police Launches Service to Receive Complaints via WA Against Problematic Officers

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Service and Complaints Section of the Professional and Security Division (Propam) of the National Police has opened a complaint service for people who want to report problematic police officers.

This service is available 24 hours a day. Residents can send a message via WhatsApp at the number 085555554141. They will be asked to provide their NIK number and will be given a link by the officer to complete their personal data. Residents are then required to fill in the registration form with the requested information.

In addition to online submissions, the Police also accepts complaints directly at the Community Complaints Center in the nearest area, including the Propam Service Center at the Main Building of the National Police Headquarters in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
