SEAToday.com, Gaza - Israeli attacks in several regions of Central Gaza, including the Nuseirat refugee camp, on Saturday (6/8/2024) killed at least 210 Palestinians and wounded 400 others, said Gaza Government Media Office.

The report stated the victims were brought to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. The office further made an appeal to international organizations for assistance of medical supply and generators as the hospital struggled to accommodate the number of the injured.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas reacted to the attacks by calling for an emergency UN Security Council session. He called the attacks in Nuseirat camp as a “bloody massacre”.

Meanwhile, in a statement, the Israeli military announced its forces rescued four captives during the operation in Nuseirat.
