Lonjakan Penumpang di Stasiun Pasar Senen Diperkirakan Mulai 22 Maret

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 1 Jakarta memprediksi lonjakan penumpang untuk keberangkatan arus mudik di Stasiun Pasar Senen terjadi mulai 22 Maret 2025, terutama untuk kereta api kelas ekonomi.
"Stasiun Pasar Senen akan mengalami lonjakan volume penumpang 100 persen hingga 101 persen okupansi," kata Manager Humas KAI Daop 1 Jakarta, Ixfan Hendriwintoko, Minggu (16/3/2025).
Lonjakan ini terjadi pada keberangkatan tanggal 22, 23, 24, 30, 31 Maret dan 1 April 2025 terutama untuk KA kelas ekonomi.
Adapun puncak arus mudik diprediksi terjadi pada 29 dan 30 Maret 2025 dengan okupansi sementara 95 dan 99 persen di seluruh perjalanan kereta api (KA).
Sebanyak 353.838 tempat duduk atau 62 persen dari 566.168 tempat duduk telah terjual untuk keberangkatan di Stasiun Pasar Senen hingga pekan lalu.
Sementara untuk keberangkatan dari Stasiun Gambir terjual sebanyak 193.200 tempat duduk atau 43 persen dari total tiket, yakni 447.632 tempat duduk.
“Secara keseluruhan, Daop 1 Jakarta menyediakan 1.013.800 kursi dengan 1.858 perjalanan KA. Hingga saat ini, 555.000 tiket telah terjual dengan tingkat okupansi 55 persen, yang masih akan meningkat menjelang lebaran,” kata Ixfan.
Akibat lonjakan ini, calon penumpang atau pemudik yang akan menggunakan KA pun disarankan memilih jadwal perjalanan lebih awal atau alternatif KA untuk menghindari kepadatan.
Selain itu, masyarakat juga diimbau untuk melakukan check-in lebih awal untuk menghindari antrean, terutama pada puncak mudik.
