Konflik Timur Tengah Memanas, Kemlu Imbau soal Pembatasan Penerbangan Komersial
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Konflik di kawasan Timur Tengah kian memanas. Gejolak ini terjadi setelah serangan Israel ke fasilitas diplomatik Iran di Damascus dan serangan balasan Iran ke Israel.
Kementerian Luar Negeri (Kemlu) dan Perwakilan RI di Timur Tengah terus memantau dari dekat eskalasi yang terjadi usai serangan demi serangan tersebut. Eskalasi situasi keamanan itu menyebabkan beberapa negara di Timur Tengah membatasi atau menutup wilayah udara mereka untuk penerbangan komersil maupun penerbangan lainnya.
"Bagi WNI yang berencana melakukan perjalanan dengan rute penerbangan melewati wilayah udara atau transit bandara di negara-negara Timur Tengah, diimbau untuk mengantisipasi gangguan jadwal penerbangan (flight disruption) dan segera menghubungi maskapai masing-masing untuk mendapatkan update penerbangan," lanjut keterangan dikutip dari laman Kemlu.
Pihaknya juga mengimbau seluruh WNI yang berencana untuk bepergian ke Iran dan Israel untuk menunda rencana perjalanan. "Jika menghadapi situasi kedaruratan agar segera menghubungi nomor hotline Perwakilan RI terdekat atau mengakses aplikasi bergerak Safe Travel Kemlu," tutup pernyataan tersebut.
