SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesian-German actress, singer, and environmental activist Cinta Laura has been appointed as the Communication Ambassador for the 10th World Water Forum.

The 10th World Water Forum will be held on May 18-25, 2024, in Bali with the theme Water for Shared Prosperity. The forum will discuss the importance of water for people’s lives globally and bring together various sectors. One of the sessions will also invite young people to speak up and take a role in water management.

Therefore, Cinta Laura expressed her gratitude for being chosen as the Communication Ambassador of this event. According to her, this forum is very much needed by the community, especially the younger generation, to be able to take easy steps to mitigate this problem.

One of the officials in the Communication and Informatics Ministry Septriana Tangkary also hopes that Cinta Laura can have a broad impact on young people to be more concerned about environmental sustainability.
