Soekarno-Hatta Int’l. Airport Named as Asia Pacific’s Most Recovered Airport

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Platform OAG Aviation Worldwide Limited named Jakarta’s Soekarno Hatta International Airport as the Most Recovered Airport from the COVID-19 pandemic impact in the Asia Pacific region.

The platform designated Soekarno-Hatta Airport with the gold medal for the Most Recovered Airport in the Asia-Pacific (ASPAC) Aviation Network Champions. The result was determined by airline capacity growth between 2019-2023.

Soekarno-Hatta Airport’s Operator Angkasa Pura II Corporate Communications Vice President said on Wednesday (3/6) that the award is also a form of appreciation for all the airport’s stakeholders who had worked hard to maintain and strengthen flight connectivity during the pandemic. He also thanked many parties that had kept the airport running in the midst of a pandemic.
