SEAToday.com, Berlin - “No Other Land”, a documentary film about the struggle of Palestinians against the Israeli violence in the occupied West Bank won the Best Documentary Film Award at the 2024 Berlin Film Festival.

The film was co-directed by Palestinian activist Basel Adra and Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham. Adra, during his acceptance speech on Saturday (2/24) urged Germany to “respect UN calls and stop sending weapons to Israel.” His co-director Abraham also called for the inequality to end.

He documented how the Israeli government gradually demolished his community.  At some point, he meets an Israeli journalist Yuval, who supports him in his effort, then an unlikely alliance develops.
