SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Jakarta Provincial Government will soon open a complaint post regarding the Eid al-Fitr 1446 H Holiday Allowance (THR) in March 2025.
This post is provided to monitor the 2025 Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) including the provision of THR this year.
“The post will be opened in March at the beginning of the month before Ramadan. We set up a post, (companies) which do not want to comply with the UMP,” said Jakarta’s Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency Head Hari Nugroho on Tuesday (2/25).
He explained that his team will go to the field two weeks ahead of Eid al-Fitr, in line with the requirement to give THR 10 days before Eid. This complaint post is expected to mitigate companies that do not comply with the rules. If found, his team will conduct a financial audit of the company.
