Pulau Jeju Luncurkan Visa Khusus untuk Digital Nomad
SEAToday.com, Jeju - Destinasi wisata populer di Korea Selatan, Pulau Jeju, meluncurkan visa nomaden digital khusus wilayahnya, Kamis (14/11).
Provinsi Pemerintahan Khusus Jeju menyatakan bahwa visa “Jeju-style” ini memungkinkan pekerja “digital nomad” untuk memperpanjang masa tinggal mereka di pulau tersebut di luar periode bebas visa yang ada. Visa ini menargetkan pekerja profesional yang dapat bekerja dari jarak jauh, dan mencari pengalaman “workcation”, di mana mereka dapat bekerja dan liburan pada saat yang bersamaan.
Direktur Jenderal Biro Vitalitas Ekonomi Jeju Kim In-young mengatakan, “Workcation, gaya hidup baru di era digital, akan mendorong pertumbuhan Jeju.”
