SEAToday.com, Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto held an open house at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday (3/31).

The open house was held for halalbihalal with a number of state figures and officials, as well as the general public to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446 H.

Deputy for Protocol, Press, and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Yusuf Permana explained that the public who participated in halalbihalal with President Prabowo can directly come to the Palace without the need to register.

“Please, without registering. We also prepare food,” Yusuf said.

The Palace itself so far has not set the capacity of citizens who can come directly for halalbihalal, but it is likely that the situation will be adjusted at the field.

The series of events during halalbihalal includes shaking hands, then enjoying the dishes served.

After the Ied prayer at Istiqlal Mosque, President Prabowo is scheduled to hold a gathering at Merdeka Palace Jakarta, which is likely to take place from 09.00 WIB.

In the event, the President invited former presidents, former vice presidents, state officials, ambassadors, international institutions, religious leaders, community leaders, and also the general public.

The President also invited national figures, including the chairpersons of political parties to come to Merdeka Palace for halalbihalal.
