Prabowo-Gibran Arrives at the MPR/DPR Building, Wearing Traditional Betawi Attire

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - President and Vice President-elect, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka arrived at the MPR/DPR Building on Sunday, (10/20/2024), for the inauguration of the President and Vice President for the 2024-2029 term.

Gibran arrived at the MPR/DPR Building with his wife Selvi Ananda at 08:37 WIB wearing the traditional Betawi Attire, and went straight to the Building,

At first, Gibran was told that he would proceed to the Parliament Complex in Jakarta's Nusantara Building to pick up Prabowo. Still, it appears that Gibran left his home in the Menteng region and proceeded straight to Gedung Nusantara.

Followed by the elected President, Prabowo Subianto, who arrived at the Nusantara building of the Senayan Parliament wearing traditional Betawi attire at 09:06 WIB, escorted by Patwal officers.

Upon arriving at the MPR/DPR building, Prabowo Subianto then greeted the invited guests who had come to witness the inauguration of the elected president and vice president.
