Ni Komang Tri Setia from Bali, the Figure Who Carries the Flag Lowering Tray

SEAToday.com, IKN - Ni Komang Tri Setia, representing Bali Province, was selected to be the flag bearer during the lowering of the Red and White flag at the 79th Indonesian Independence Day Ceremony on Saturday (August 17, 2024) at Garuda Palace, the capital of Nusantara (IKN).
The "Indonesia Maju" team was entrusted with the task of lowering the Red and White flag during the ceremony.
According to a statement from the Presidential Secretariat's Bureau of Press, Media, and Information, Ni Komang Tri Setia was appointed as the flag bearer for the ceremony.
She is a representative from Bali Province, born on May 28, 2008. The 16-year-old is currently attending SMAN 1 Semarapura in Klungkung, Bali.
Ni Komang Tri Setia is one of two students from Bali who passed the 2024 National Paskibraka selection. She was selected alongside Anak Agung Ngurah Panji Dharma Putra, a student from Buleleng.
She ranked first out of 90 participants from across Bali who took part in the 2024 National Paskibraka selection. Tri Setia has been interested in becoming a Paskibraka member since childhood and aspires to join the Police Academy (Akpol).
Tri Setia was initially chosen to represent SMAN 1 Semarapura in the district-level Paskibraka tests. After passing at the district level, she continued to the provincial and finally the national level.
