Prabowo Subianto Posts Picture Ahead of Presidential Inauguration
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Prabowo Subianto will be inaugurated as the Indonesian President today (10/20). Prior to the inauguration, the Defense Minister uploaded an interesting post.
The Gerindra Party Chairman posted three pictures on his Instagram account. The picture shows Prabowo wearing black with dark background. He is seen smiling and sometimes looking other ways. His eyes look a little teared up.
Prabowo didn't caption the post, leaving netizens wondering and guessing.
"Do you know why there are three pictures of Bapak Prabowo with teary eyes? This is the victory out of three losses. He accepted it with grace. He is resilient and wise. Despite betrayals, which are a part of history now, he remains friendly and got through it all. Going through three presidential elections with mocks and slanders is not easy, but he got through it," a netizen wrote.
Prior to being elected and inaugurated as the president for 2024-2029, Prabowo has lost three times as VP candidate and presidential candidate, in 2009, 2014, and 2019.
However, in the 2024 General Elections, Prabowo won with Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Prabowo wants to be a president because he wants to bring prosperity to the people of Indonesia and the country itself.
At 10 AM western Indonesian time, Prabowo and Gibran will take the oath of office at the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Building.
