Official Presidential Social Media Accounts to be Set Up by the Palace
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-The Presidential Communications Office set up a new presidential social media account (@presidenrepublikindonesia) as the official account of presidential institutions.
Presidential Communications Office Head Hasan Nasbi further explained that this account is not a personal account, instead it serves as an official account of the presidential institution, Wednesday (10/30).
This official account will be managed by the Presidential Communications Office to cover the President's activities and visits.
As of Wednesday (10/30), the @presidenrepublikindonesia Instagram account has already garnered 650,000 followers and has been verified with the “blue tick”
The first post from the account was on Tuesday (10/25) showing President Prabowo Subianto taking the presidential oath at the DPR/MPR Building, Jakarta, Sunday (10/20).
In the caption of the post, it was written: “By Allah, I swear that I will fulfill my obligations as President of the Republic of Indonesia as well as possible and as fair as possible, uphold the 1945 Constitution, and carry out all laws and regulations as straightforwardly as possible, and be devoted to the country and the nation.”
