Ghisca Debora Aritonang Ditetapkan Sebagai Tersangka Penipuan Penjualan Tiket Coldplay
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat telah menetapkan Ghisca Debora Aritonang sebagai tersangka kasus penipuan penjualan tiket Coldplay, pada Senin (20/11).
Remaja berusia 19 tahun ini telah menipu lima orang korban yang merupakan reseller tiket dengan modus mengenal pihak penyelenggara, sehingga para korban percaya.
Selain menahan tersangka, polisi juga menyita sejumlah barang milik pelaku seperti tas, sepatu, dan lainnya. Total kerugian para korban mencapai 5,1 miliar rupiah atau sebanyak 2.268 tiket.
Ghisca dijerat Pasal 378 KUHP tentang penipuan, dan pasal 372 KUHP tentang penggelapan dengan ancaman hukuman pidana empat tahun penjara.
