Kemenkes Sanksi Tegas 39 Pelaku Perundungan, Begini Cara Laporkan Pelaku Perundungan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Maraknya kasus perundungan dalam pendidikan dokter spesialis membuat Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) turun tangan. Juru Bicara Kemenkes M. Syahril mengatakan, sejak Juli 2023 hingga 9 Agustus 2024, Kemenkes telah menerima 356 laporan perundungan dengan rincian 211 laporan di Rumah Sakit (RS) vertikal atau RS yang berada di bawah pengelolaan Kemenkes dan 145 laporan dari luar RS vertikal.
Jenis perundungan yang banyak dilaporkan yaitu perundungan nonfisik, nonverbal, jam kerja yang tidak wajar, pemberian tugas yang tidak ada kaitan dengan pendidikan, serta perundungan verbal berupa intimidasi.
Dari hasil investigasi yang dilakukan pada 156 kasus, sudah ada 39 peserta didik (residen) maupun dokter pengajar (konsulen) yang diberikan sanksi tegas. Sementara, 145 laporan diluar RS vertikal telah dikembalikan ke instansi untuk ditindaklanjuti.
