Indonesian Army Soldiers of Army Strategic Reserves Command Yonif 433 Task Force Hold Social Service in Dal District

SEAToday.com, Highland Papua - Indonesian Army Soldiers of Army Strategic Reserves Command Yonif 433 Task Force held a social service in Dal District, Nduga Regency, Papua Highland Province, to commemorate Christmas Day 2023.
The event started with the local tradition of "Bakar Batu" (burning stones) which shows bonding and brotherhood. The next event was a meal with the local community. In an effort to reduce the stunting rate in the region, one of the important moments was the distribution of basic necessities and nutritious food for toddlers.
This activity was led by the Dal Distric Indonesian National Armed Forces Post Commander, First Lieutenant Infantry Bara Warna Putera, and is part of the Indonesian National Armed Forces' efforts to get closer to and help the people in the interior of Papua.
"We are here not only as security guards but also as brothers and partners of the community. We celebrate Christmas as a way to show our love and look forward to continuing to help the community here," said First Lieutenant Infantry Bara.
