Mount Merapi National Park Innovates by Creating Skincare from Herbal Ingredients and Volcanic Ash

SEAToday.com, Sleman - The Mount Merapi National Park (BTNGM) has innovated by creating skincare products made from herbal ingredients and volcanic ash.
BTNGM Forest Ecosystem Controller, Ari Nur Wijayanto, said, "There are five patented products that we have launched. Three of them are skincare products: soap for acne, gel for acne, and serum for acne (Acne Serum Ettan Merapi, Acne Gel Ettan Merapi, and Acne Foam Facial Wash)."
According to Instagram @btn_gn_merapi, these products were developed using Clidemia hirta extract, Acacia decurrens extract, Acacia decurrens activated charcoal, and Mount Merapi volcanic ash as the main ingredients.
No need to worry; these products have obtained a BPOM distribution permit and will be produced by people living around the mountain.
