Transjakarta to Provide Free Takjil and Drinking Water at 14 Main BRT Corridors During Ramadan

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) will distribute light meals (takjil) for breaking the fast and drinking water during the month of Ramadan at the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bus stops across 14 main corridors.

This information was confirmed by the President Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), Welfizon Yuza, on Monday (2/17).

"During Ramadan, we will provide facilities at the bus stops to accommodate passengers for iftar. Half an hour before the Iftar time, we will provide light meals (takjil) just to break the fast," he said.

Regarding operational hours, he confirmed that services on the 14 main corridors will operate 24 hours to accommodate the mobility of the public, who tend to start their activities earlier during Ramadan.
