OIKN Head: Nusantara's Masjid Negara Ready for Taraweeh Prayers

SEAToday.com, Nusantara - The head of the Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN), Basuki Hadimuljono, said that the Masjid Negara (IKN) in Nusantara can be used for taraweeh prayers during Ramadan this year. The statement was made on Tuesday (1/21).
"Previously, it was also reported by the Minister of Public Works that it can be used for taraweeh," he said.
The mosque has three main elements, which are the main dome, the open plaza and the minaret. In addition, adequate parking facilities are also being prepared for the convenience of the worshippers.
The Masjid Negara in Nusantara can accommodate up to 60,000 worshippers. In the initial phase, the mosque is designed to accommodate up to 29,000 worshippers.
