SEAToday.com, Jakarta-The Indonesian government approved 14 new National Strategic Projects (PSN) for development in 2024. PSN financing will be borne by the private sector, without relying on the State Budget (APBN).
This approval of these 14 new PSN was agreed upon by President Joko Widodo and several ministers during a limited meeting at the Merdeka Palace, as reported by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto on Monday (3/18). These PSN are expected to generate new jobs in the future.
The additional 14 PSN encompass the toll road, energy, food, and tourism sectors. Here are the lists:
Java:
- Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Tropical Concept, Jakarta
- Harbor Road II Toll Road Section, Jakarta
- Integrated Area, Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Banten
- Inner City Toll Road, Bandung, West Java
- Patimban Industrial Estate Subang Industrial Area, West Java
- Surabaya Waterfront Coastal Area, East Java
Sulawesi:
- Neo Energy Morowali Industrial Area, Central Sulawesi
- Neo Energy Parimo Industrial Estate Industrial Area, Central Sulawesi
- Giga Industrial Park Industrial Area, Southeast Sulawesi
- Kolaka Resource Industrial Area, Southeast Sulawesi
- Stargate Astra Industrial Area, Southeast Sulawesi
Sumatra:
- Toapaya Bintan Industrial Area, Riau Islands
- Wiraraja Industrial Area, Galang Island, Riau Islands
Kalimantan:
- North Hub Development Project Offshore, East Kalimantan
