Update: 93 People Were Killed During The Terrorist Attack at The Crocus Concert Hall, Moscow

SEAToday.com, Moscow-Investigation of the criminal case of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City concert hall continues. A team of investigators, criminologists and experts of the Investigative Committee of Russia continues to work at the site in accordance with the detailed plan of the criminal case investigation.

An inspection of the premises of the concert hall and the collection of physical evidence are continuing, while emergency services are clearing the rubble. Video surveillance footage is being studied, and work with the victims has begun.

The death toll has been determined to be 93. The death toll will continue to rise. According to preliminary data, the causes of death were gunshot wounds and poisoning by combustion products.

Preliminary results of the inspection of the premises of the concert hall indicate that the terrorists used automatic weapons in the attack, which were discovered and seized by the investigators of the Investigative Committee, along with the ammunition they left behind. As per physical evidence - ballistic, genetic and fingerprint forensics are being conducted.

It has also been established that the terrorists used flammable liquid to set fire to the premises of the concert hall where spectators, including the wounded, were present.

The Indonesian Embassy in Moscow immediately coordinated with local authorities and established communication with the Indonesian community in Russia. There are no indications that there are Indonesian citizens who are victims. So far, Russian security forces have and will continue to conduct strict security inspections after the incident.
