The Fifth Presidential Candidate Debate: Prabowo Promises to Feed All Indonesian Children Nutritious Food
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Presidential Candidate Number 2 Prabowo Subianto promised to provide nutritious food for all Indonesian children from the womb. He conveyed this during the presentation of the vision and mission at the Fifth Presidential Candidate Debate for the 2024 Election, Sunday (4/2/2024).
"One of the strategic projects is to provide nutritious food for all Indonesian children, including those in the womb, during school until adulthood. This will overcome maternal mortality," Prabowo said.
Prabowo, who is paired with Gibran Rakabuming Raka, also said that providing nutritious food can overcome stunting and poverty.
"This will absorb the harvest of fishermen farmers. This will increase the economy by at least 1.5 to 2 percent," he said.
Moreover, Prabowo also promised to build a modern hospital in every district. "And modern health centers in every village. We will immediately overcome the shortage of doctors in Indonesia," he added.
The debate today is the last before voting day on February 14, 2024. Like the previous debates, the Fifth Debate took place at the Jakarta Convention Center.
