Parahyangan Train Returns! Ready to Serve Bandung–Jakarta from February 1, 2025

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Parahyangan Train will resume its service on the Bandung – Jakarta (round trip) route starting February 1, 2025. This relaunch is part of KAI's efforts to meet public transportation needs and enhance railway services along this strategic corridor known for its stunning scenic views.
The Parahyangan Train will offer three service classes: Economy, Executive, and Panoramic, each designed to provide a comfortable, efficient, and visually delightful travel experience along the Bandung-Gambir route.
“For the 2025 railway schedule (Gapeka), Argo Parahyangan will now be known simply as Parahyangan, featuring Economy, Executive, and Panoramic class coaches. This change aligns with our commitment to continuously improving customer service,” said Anne Purba, Vice President of Public Relations at KAI.
With an average travel time of around 3 hours, Parahyangan Train will operate 10 daily trips, offering passengers more flexible travel options.

Jakarta (Gambir) – Bandung Route:
- KA Papandayan (KA 130): Departs at 06:35 AM, arrives at 09:42 AM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 132): Departs at 07:30 AM, arrives at 10:21 AM.
- KA Pangandaran (KA 128): Departs at 08:30 AM, arrives at 11:43 AM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 138): Departs at 09:15 AM, arrives at 12:18 PM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 136): Departs at 10:05 AM, arrives at 01:18 PM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 134): Departs at 06:25 PM, arrives at 09:20 PM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 140): Departs at 11:05 PM, arrives at 02:02 AM.
Bandung – Jakarta (Gambir) Route:
- KA Parahyangan (KA 131): Departs at 05:00 AM, arrives at 08:00 AM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 135): Departs at 06:35 AM, arrives at 09:40 AM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 133): Departs at 11:05 AM, arrives at 02:12 PM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 137): Departs at 01:05 PM, arrives at 04:04 PM.
- KA Parahyangan (KA 139): Departs at 07:25 PM, arrives at 10:24 PM.
