Indonesian Embassy in Seoul Urges Indonesian Citizens to Remain Cautious Amid Martial Law

SEAToday.com, Seoul - South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol announced the lifting of martial law on Wednesday (12/4) morning. The decision was made after the National Assembly vote that agreed to end the implementation of martial law at 4.30 AM local time.

Although the situation in South Korea, particularly in Seoul, is safe and under control, the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul has advised Indonesian citizens (WNI) to remain cautious and stay updated on the latest developments.

Through its Instagram account (@indonesiainseoul), the embassy stated that so far, there have been no reports of Indonesian nationals affected by the martial law.

However, if any WNI encounter issues, they are encouraged to contact the hotline for Indonesian nationals at +82-10-5394-2546 or 02-2224-9000.
