SEAToday.com, Jakarta – PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) will extend its operational hours to accommodate the Indonesia vs Saudi Arabia national team match. The 2026 World Cup Qualifiers match is scheduled to take place at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM local time.

Ayu Wardhani, Head of the Public Relations and CSR Department at PT Transjakarta, stated that this policy aims to facilitate public mobility. Supporters of the Garuda Team who wish to attend the match in person can utilize Transjakarta’s services for travel to and from the venue.

With the extended hours, Transjakarta’s regular services, which normally operate from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, will now run until 11:00 PM. Additionally, the Angkutan Malam Hari (AMARI) service will continue operating from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM across 14 main corridors.

This extension specifically applies to routes intersecting with the SUGBK area. The affected routes include:

  • Corridor 1: Blok M - Kota
  • Corridor 2: National Monument - Pulo Gadung
  • Corridor 13: Tegal Mampang - Puri Beta
  • Route 3F: Senayan Bank DKI - Kalideres
  • Route 5C: Juanda - PGC
  • Route 9C: Senayan Roundabout - Pinang Ranti
  • Route 10H: Senayan Roundabout - Tanjung Priok

“This extension is expected to serve as an alternative transportation option for the public traveling to and from SUGBK, helping to alleviate traffic congestion and reduce air pollution in Jakarta,” the statement concluded.
