Kementerian Luar Negeri Indonesia Pastikan Tidak Ada WNI Terdampak Turbulensi Pesawat Singapore Airlines
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kementerian Luar Negeri RI memastikan tidak ada Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang menjadi korban dalam turbulensi parah yang dialami pesawat Singapore Airlines, Selasa (21/5). Sebelumnya, satu orang dilaporkan tewas dan puluhan lainnya luka-luka usai pesawat dengan penerbangan SQ321 tersebut mengalami turbulensi hebat saat melakukan perjalanan dari London, Inggris, menuju Singapura pada Minggu (20/5). Pesawat terpaksa mendarat darurat di Bangkok, Thailand, Senin (20/5) pukul 15.45 waktu setempat.
Dilansir dari Channel News Asia, \pesawat tersebut berisi 211 penumpang yang didominasi oleh 47 orang dari Inggris, 41 orang dari Singapura, dan 23 orang dari Selandia Baru. Selain itu, terdapat dua orang dari Indonesia yang turut menjadi penumpang.
Melalui media sosial X @SingaporeAir menyampaikan belasungkawa sedalam-dalamnya kepada keluarga korban meninggal dunia. Saat ini, pihaknya mengaku akan memprioritaskan semua bantuan kepada semua penumpang dan awak pesawat.
