Three Angkasa Pura II Airports Receive Achievements at 2023 ACI ASQ Awards

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Three airports owned by PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II), namely Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport (Palembang), Supadio Airport (Pontianak) and Depati Amir Airport (Pangkalpinang), have received the 2023 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards from Airport Council International (ACI). This was announced by ACI on Sunday (3/10).

The three airports won a total of 10 awards, with each airport being recognized as the best airport in the Asia Pacific region based on each airport’s capacity.

AP II Corporate Communication VP Cin Asmoro said on Friday (3/15), the award reflects AP II’s passion in serving airline passengers. According to Asmoro, infrastructure development, use of information technology, and increasing human resources are the keys for AP II airports to have high service standards.

ACI ASQ Awards is a program in the aviation industry in assessing customer experience supported by rigorous and scientific methodology, where there are 30 indicators of passenger experience. (DHITA/ DKD)
