Jakarta Provincial Minimum Wage 2024 Set to IDR5.06 M

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Jakarta Provincial Government has set the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) for 2024 at Rp5,067,381. Jakarta Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono announced on Tuesday (11/21) that this figure is a 3.6 percent increase from 2023, or Rp165,583.

"The Jakarta provincial government sets the highest alpha, namely alpha 0.3 according to Government Regulation (PP 51 Year 2023). The Jakarta Regional Government cannot exceed the specified amount in that regulation. So the amount is from IDR4.9 million to IDR5,067,381," said Acting Governor Heru.
