KPK Recommends Social Assistance Distribution Through Bank Transfer

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has recommended that social assistance from the government should be distributed in the form of money through bank transfers or post offices as a measure to prevent corruption.

The information was delivered by KPK Deputy Chairman Nurul Ghufron on Wednesday (2/7) at the Merah Putih Building, KPK, South Jakarta.

"Social assistance should not be distributed in the form of goods, but money, through banks or post offices, to be right on target and efficient in the distribution process ", he said.

With these recommendations, it is expected that it can prevent corruption and cannot be used as money politics. In addition, Nurul Ghufron also invited the public to support the implementation of elections that are conducive and avoid the practices of corruption.
