Pertamina NRE (New & Renewable Enery) Develops Energy Conservation Technology with Hitachi Energy
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pertamina NRE (New & Renewable Energy) and Hitachi Energy have announced a collaboration in the development of energy conservation technology and electricity systems. Through a memorandum of understanding signed on Monday (22/1), the two are committed to conducting research and developing innovative solutions that can be applied in various sectors, including energy resource management and energy conservation within Pertamina NRE.
CEO of Pertamina NRE, Dannif Danusaputro, stated that this collaboration reflects their commitment to improving energy efficiency and adopting the latest technology to reduce environmental impact. Meanwhile, Country Managing Director of Hitachi Energy Indonesia, Predrag Grupkovic, welcomed the opportunity to contribute to sustainable development in Indonesia.
This collaboration is in line with Pertamina NRE's commitment to implementing ESG aspects in its business activities, and is the right step in overseeing the energy transition in Indonesia and supporting the achievement of Net Zero Emission 2060 aspirations.
