Pertamina Collaborates with Toyota to Develop Hydrogen Ecosystem for Transportation
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pertamina NRE and Toyota have partnered to develop the hydrogen ecosystem for vehicle fuel in Indonesia. The agreement was signed during a series of groundbreaking events for hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) at the Daan Mogot gas station on Wednesday, (17/1).
The event was attended by Dannif Danusaputro, Chief Executive Officer of Pertamina NRE, and Nandi Julyanto, President Director of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN). The event was witnessed by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero), and Nicke Widyawati, President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero).
The collaboration aims to accelerate the creation of a hydrogen ecosystem for transportation in Indonesia. The Daan Mogot gas station is set to become Indonesia's first integrated energy refueling station, offering three types of fuel in one location, including hydrogen.
