Religious Affairs Ministry Announces List of Candidates for Hajj 1445 AH/2024 AD
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah (PHU) of the Religious Affairs Ministry released a list of names of prospective regular Hajj pilgrims included in the Hajj quota allocation for 1445 H/2024 M on Monday (1/8). This year, Indonesia received a quota of 241,000 from Saudi Arabia, consisting of 221,720 regular pilgrims and 19,280 special pilgrims.
PHU Director General Hilman Latief said the process of verifying the list of pilgrims' names was issued in the form of a circular letter from the Director General of PHU and sent to the provincial office of the Religious Affairs Ministry throughout Indonesia for immediate follow-up. The list of names of pilgrims included in the quota allocation for 1445 H/2024 M can be viewed on the website http://bit.ly/hajireguler2024.
In addition, Hilman revealed that the first stage of repayment can be made for pilgrims who have met the criteria. He also reminded the pilgrims to always maintain their health and stamina as a form of effort to fulfill Istitha'ah health.
