Pertamina Sets New Record with 34 Gold PROPERs form KLHK
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Pertamina (Persero) won 34 Gold PROPER awards from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in the 2023 Company Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management (PROPER). This achievement is a sharp increase from the previous year, which only won 20 Gold PROPERs.
In addition, Pertamina's President Director Nicke Widyawati, also received the Green Leadership Utama award as the highest leader of the company that received a Gold rating. Pertamina managed to win 43 percent of Gold PROPER from a total of 79 Gold PROPER awarded by KLHK in 2023.
Pertamina's Gold PROPER achievements are spread across 5 subholdings, namely Upstream, Power & New Renewable Energy, Refining & Petrochemical Subholding, Commercial & Trading Subholding, and Gas. This success is a tangible manifestation of Pertamina's commitment to running a business based on environmental and sustainable concerns.
