Honouring Asia's Top 50 Women Technologists and Leaders at the Inaugural ASIA WOMEN TECH LEADERS AWARD

SEAToday.com, Marina Bay Sands - In a significant tribute to the outstanding contributions of women in technology across Asia, the inaugural Asia Women Tech Leaders Awards (AWTLA) proudly announced the top 50 winners of its inaugural edition on International Women's Day 2025. Celebrating the achievements of trailblazing women in the tech industry, AWTLA seeks to inspire and empower the next generation of female tech leaders while underscoring gender diversity in fostering human capital development in the rapidly growing tech industry.
Launched with an open call for nominations in 2024, the AWTLA sought to highlight the exceptional talents of women technologists of various nationalities who reside in Asia, breaking barriers, and spearheading innovations within the tech sector in Asia.
These 50 winners, hailing from All over Asia have also demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to fostering diversity and innovation in the technology landscape.
The Award also underscores the critical role of women in driving technological advancement and innovation. By honouring these 50 women, the AWTLA highlights the need for greater diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, encouraging more women to pursue and thrive in technology-related fields.
The AWTLA heralds the importance of recognition and empowerment for its 50 winners and symbolises a transformative shift towards inclusivity and innovation in Asia's tech landscape:

The AWTLA winners were independently judged by a panel of leading practitioners from the tech industry. Great care has been taken in selecting a jury comprising the right balance of specialist knowledge, experience, race, gender and geography. The judging panel is headed by Soh Siew Choo, Chief Information Officer, Asia of Metlife, Hong Kong SAR and Board Member, Metlife Australia.
