SEAToday.com, Jakarta-The General Elections Commission (KPU) has appointed 11 panelists who will compile questions for the fourth debate of the 2024 presidential election to be held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday (1/21).

  2. Arie Sujito, Rural Sociologist/ Lecturer, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University
  3. Arif Satria, Political Ecologist and Natural Resource Management Policy Expert, Rector of Bogor Agricultural University
  4. Dewi Kartika, Agricultural Expert/ Secretary General of the Consortium for Agrarian Reform
  5. Fabby Tumiwa, Energy Transition Expert/Executive Director of the Institute for Essential Services Reform
  6. Hariadi Kartodihardjo, Natural Resources and Environment Expert/ Professor, Faculty of Forestry and Environment, Bogor Agricultural University
  7. Ridwan Yahya, Forestry and Environment Expert/ Professor of Forest Products Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Bengkulu University
  8. Rukka Sombolinggi, Secretary General of the Indigenous Peoples Alliance of the Archipelago/Indigenous Peoples Specialist
  9. Sudharto P. Hadi, Environmental Management Expert/ Rector of Diponegoro University 2010-2015
  10. Sulistyowati Irianto, Professor of Legal Anthropology, Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia

The debate, which will discuss the ideas of each vice presidential candidate on the topics of sustainable development and environment, natural resources and energy, food, agriculture, indigenous peoples, and villages, will be moderated by two moderators, Retno Pinasti and Zilvia Iskandar.
