SEAToday.com, Jakarta-State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Minister Erick Thohir stated that PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia or InJourney has officially merged PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II into PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia or InJourney Airports, Thursday (12/28).

Minister Erick said that the presence of InJourney Airports and PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi or InJourney Aviation Services (IAS) is a breakthrough in the aviation and airport industry sector. According to him, this transformation is important to optimize the potential of Indonesia's economic, tourism, and logistics sectors. He also hopes that this transformation can make airport management more integrated and efficient.

"Most importantly, this integration must be able to improve service quality by standardizing the same operating system and policies," he said.

Apart from that, the policy of combining AP I and AP II is also a form of adaptiveness for BUMN in facing changing times.
