Makna di Balik Rompi Tahanan Pink yang Dikenakan Harvey Moeis dan Helena Lim
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan suami artis Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis dan Manajer PT QSE, Helena Lim sebagai tersangka perkara dugaan korupsi tata niaga timah wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk tahun 2015 hingga 2022.
Saat ditahan, baik Harvey Moeis dan Helena Lim sama-sama mengenakan rompi pink. Jagat maya pun heboh dengan tampilan keduanya dengan rompi warna itu. Mengapa demikian?
Penggunaan rompi pink itu tertuang dalam peraturan Jaksa Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor: PER-005/A/JA/03/2013 tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pengawalan dan Pengamanan Tahanan, yakni di Pasal 10 poin a,b,c,d.
Pasal tersebut menjelaskan terkait sarana dan prasarana untuk pengawalan dan pengamanan tahanan yang harus memenuhi ketentuan, seperti baju tahanan bertuliskan "Tahanan Kejaksaan" dan tahanan harus diborgol. Untuk tahanan jenis pidana khusus seperti Harvey dan Helena, mengenakan rompi warna pink, sedangkan tahanan pidana umum memakai rompi warna merah.
Berikut bunyi pasal 10 tentang Peraturan Jaksa Agung Republik Indonesia tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pengawalan dan Pengamanan Tahanan:
Pasal 10
Sarana dan prasarana untuk pengawalan dan pengamanan tahanan harus memenuhi ketentuan sebagai berikut:
- Kendaraan yang digunakan untuk mengangkut tahanan setiap hari harus dicek dan dinyatakan dalam keadaan baik dan laik jalan;
- Borgol yang digunakan harus berfungsi baik dan jumlahnya disesuaikan dengan jumlah tahanan;
- Baju tahanan bertuliskan "Tahanan Kejaksaan"; dan
- Pengawal tahanan wajib dilengkapi alat komunikasi Handy Talkie (HT) dan atau alat komunikasi lainnya yang berfungsi baik.
