KPU Banten Tetapkan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Terpilih pada 9 Januari
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Provinsi Banten akan menetapkan pasangan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur terpilih, Andra Soni dan Achmad Dimyati Natakusumah pada Kamis (9/1) di Kantor KPU Provinsi Banten.
“Penetapan pasangan terpilih akan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, tanggal 9 Januari 2025, di Kantor KPU Provinsi Banten,” ujar Ketua KPU Banten Mohamad Ihsan, Selasa (7/1/2025).
Dalam acara penetapan tersebut juga turut mengundang pasangan calon nomor urut 1 Airin Rachmi Diany dan Ade Sumardi.
Selain itu, turut juga mengundang seluruh partai politik pengusung kedua pasangan calon tersebut dalam penetapan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur terpilih hasil Pilkada 2024.
Sementara itu, untuk Kabupeten/Kota rencana penetapan juga akan dilaksanakan tanggal yang sama, kecuali bagi yang terdapat sengketa di Mahkamah Konstitusi.
"Penetapannya dilaksanakan setelah terdapat putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang bersifat final dan mengikat,” ujar Ihsan.
Diketahui terdapat 3 daerah di Provinsi Banten yang masih dalam sengketa yakni Kabupaten Pandeglang, Kabupaten Serang, dan Kota Tangerang Selatan.
Dalam Pilkada 2024 sendiri, pasangan calon Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur nomor urut 02 Andra Soni-Dimyati Natakusumah unggul dengan memperoleh 3.102.501 suara.
Hasil ini berdasarkan rekapitulasi perhitungan suara tingkat Provinsi oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum Banten. Pada rekapitulasi hasil penghitungan suara di tingkat provinsi, pasangan nomor urut 02 ini memperoleh suara terbanyak mencapai 3.102.501 suara atau sebesar 55,8 persen pemilih.
Sementara pasangan calon Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur nomor urut 01 Airin Rachmi Diany-Ade Sumardi mendapatkan suara sebanyak 2.449.183 suara, atau 44,12 persen.
