Traffic Accident on Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Claims Lives, Causes Injuries
A traffic accident took place at kilometer 58-600 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Monday (4/8) morning, resulting in two cars engulfed in fire and claiming lives.
Traffic Corps Chief Inspector General Aan Suhanan explained, the accident that resulted in death and injury involved a bus and two cars. The police are yet to confirm the number of casualties as they are waiting for the identification process to be concluded. However, they stated that there were 12 body bags that were brought to the Karawang Regional Hospital.
As of now, the police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
