Dispar Bali: Pemandu Wisata Wajib Punya KTP dan Ikut Diklat

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemandu wisata di Pulau Bali wajib memiliki KTP dan mengikuti pendidikan dan latihan (diklat).
Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kepala Dinas Pariwisata (Dispar) Bali Tjok Bagus Pemayun merespon temuan imigrasi adanya warga negara asing (WNA) diduga pemandu yang menjemput rombongan WNA lainnya di Bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai.
Selain itu, ada juga laporan mengenai sopir pariwisata yang melihat kondisi tersebut secara langsung di lapangan.
“Memang tidak boleh, secara aturan orang asing tidak boleh jadi pemandu, yang hanya boleh yang punya KTP, tentu berproses juga ikut diklat, dari sana baru kami mengajukan melalui OSS di DPMPTSP,” ujar Tjok Pemayun.
"Tapi saya ingin dalami dulu apakah WNA ini (temuan imigrasi) sudah jadi warga kita bersama HPI (himpunan pramuwisata Indonesia) karena proses jadi pemandu itu panjang,” sambungnya.
Sesuai Perda Bali Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan mengamanatkan pemandu wisata wajib menjadi anggota asosiasi seperti HPI Bali.
Pihaknya pun mengatakan ingin mengerahkan Satpol PP Pariwisata untuk memantau ke lokasi, tetapi masih berkoordinasi dengan kepala satuan terkait.
Meski demikian, Satpol PP Pariwisata sudah memonitor kondisi di sejumlah objek wisata. Hasilnya, hingga kini belum ditemukan adanya WNA yang memandu rombongan WNA lainnya.
