BRIN Bantu Biayai Kuliah Mahasiswa, Ini Syaratnya

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Manfaatkan status mahasiswa dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang disediakan Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN). Fasilitas yang disediakan adalah bantuan riset hingga biaya kuliah dapat ditanggung oleh BRIN.
Fasilitas yang diberikan berupa Bantuan Riset Talenta dan Inovasi (BARISTA) untuk mahasiswa semester akhir pada jenjang S1 dan S2. Program tersebut memberi kesempatan bagi mahasiswa yang ingin melakukan penelitian agar dapat dibantu oleh para peneliti BRIN.
"Manfaatnya, uang kuliah pada semester akhir ditanggung oleh BRIN, syaratnya hanya satu, harus bekerja dengan peneliti BRIN untuk melakukan riset bersama-sama. Ini masih banyak yang tidak tahu, oleh karena itu mahasiswa manfaatkanlah sebaik-baiknya," jelas Herry Yogaswara, Kepala Organisasi Riset Arkeologi Bahasa dan Sastra BRIN, dilansir dari Antara News, Kamis (29/2/2024).
"Teman-teman mahasiswa S1, S2, maupun S3 bisa memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada di BRIN. BRIN itu ada untuk semua orang yang ingin melakukan riset dan inovasi, tidak hanya untuk peneliti BRIN," tambahnya.
BRIN juga telah mengusulkan anggaran untuk pendanaan program riset kepada Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) dan APBN. Di tahun 2024, jumlahnya mencapai hampir Rp700 miliar. BRIN juga akan mulai membuka kesempatan pendanaan sepanjang tahun untuk memudahkan bagi peneliti atau mahasiswa kapanpun mereka mempunyai ide.
