Truk Bantuan Pertama Masuki Gaza dari Mesir Saat Gencatan Senjata Israel-Hamas Mulai Berlaku

SEAToday.com, Kairo – Truk-truk bantuan kemanusiaan pertama memasuki Gaza dari Mesir pada Minggu (19/1) seiring dengan dimulainya gencatan senjata antara Israel dan Hamas, menurut sumber-sumber Palestina.
Sumber-sumber tersebut menyampaikan kepada Xinhua bahwa bantuan pertama itu memasuki wilayah Gaza melalui perlintasan perbatasan Kerem Shalom di bagian selatan Gaza.
Sebelumnya pada hari yang sama, saluran televisi milik pemerintah Mesir, Nile TV, menayangkan rekaman puluhan truk bantuan yang melewati sisi Mesir di perlintasan Rafah, yang kemudian diperiksa terlebih dahulu oleh otoritas Israel sebelum menyeberang ke sisi Palestina untuk memasuki Gaza.
Para delegasi dari pihak mediator Qatar, Amerika Serikat, serta delegasi dari Palestina dan Israel tiba di Kairo pada Minggu untuk memantau pelaksanaan kesepakatan gencatan senjata Israel-Hamas, menurut laporan saluran televisi tersebut.
Menurut kesepakatan gencatan senjata itu, sekitar 600 truk yang membawa bantuan kemanusiaan, termasuk 50 truk yang membawa bahan bakar, akan memasuki Gaza setiap hari untuk meringankan krisis kemanusiaan di sana.
Fase pertama dari kesepakatan gencatan senjata selama 42 hari, yang dicapai pada Rabu (15/1) melalui mediasi Mesir, Qatar, dan AS, mulai diberlakukan pada Minggu setelah Hamas memberikan daftar tiga tawanan wanita Israel yang akan dibebaskan pada hari yang sama, menurut laporan tersebut.
Selain itu, kantor Perdana Menteri Israel Benjamin Netanyahu mengonfirmasi bahwa kesepakatan gencatan senjata tersebut telah mulai diberlakukan.
