Jakarta Raih Skor Tertinggi Pelaporan Pelaksanaan Aksi Iklim versi CDP-ICLEI
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Jakarta mendapatkan skor A atau skor tertinggi untuk pelaporan pelaksanaan Aksi Iklim Kota pada 2023 melalui platform organisasi nirlaba global CDP-ICLEI. Jakarta bersama dengan 119 kota lainnya di dunia dinilai telah membangun momentum iklim, melakukan tindakan mitigasi, dan adaptasi iklim empat kali lebih banyak dibandingkan kota-kota yang tidak termasuk dalam daftar penerima skor A.
Rabu (15/11), Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi DKI Jakarta Asep Kuswanto mengatakan, sebanyak 939 kota menerima peringkat aksi iklim dari CDP pada 2023. Kriteria penilaian pelaporan Aksi Iklim dengan nilai A diantaranya melakukan pengungkapan secara publik melalui CDP-ICLEI Track, memiliki inventaris emisi seluruh kota, dan telah menerbitkan rencana aksi iklim.
Lebih lanjut, Asep mengatakan bahwa Jakarta diakui memiliki kepemimpinan berani dalam aksi lingkungan dan transparansi, meskipun ada tekanan dari situasi ekonomi global.
