Tim Indonesia Juarai Kompetisi Patung Salju Internasional Harbin ke-26 di Tiongkok

SEAToday.com, Harbin - Para seniman asal Bali, Indonesia, berhasil membawa pulang gelar juara dalam perlombaan patung salju berskala internasional, The 26th Harbin International Snow Sculpture Competition yang digelar di Sund Island, Harbin, Tiongkok, pada 6-9 Januari 2024. Ajang ini diikuti oleh 120 seniman dari 30 negara di dunia.

Dalam ajang ini, Indonesia mengirim dua tim, yakni Tim Indonesia I yang diwakili Himpunan Seniman Pecatu dan Tim Indonesia II dari komunitas Bali Talent Artist. Tim Indonesia II yang dikomandoi oleh I Ketut Suaryana berhasil meraih gelar juara Best Excellent. Sementara itu, Tim Indonesia I yang dikomandoi Nyoman Sungada, berhasil menempati juara ketiga.

Sungada mengusung konsep "Rwa Bhineda" yang menampilkan karakter barong dan rangda. Dalam mitologi Hindu di Bali, barong dan rangda dikenal sebagai simbol kebaikan dan keburukan.
