Pemerintah Akan Tarik 3.246 Pegawai Negeri Sipil ke IKN Hingga Juli Tahun Depan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pemerintah akan memindahkan sebanyak 3.246 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) ke Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) tahap pertama. Pemindahan tersebut akan dilakukan secara bertahap, dan akan dimulai pada Juli-November 2024 mendatang.
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (MenPAN RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas, Sabtu (16/12) menyebutkan, ASN yang pindah berasal dari 37 kementerian atau lembaga dan telah disiapkan tempat tinggal oleh pemerintah sebanyak 1.740 rumah.
Menteri Anas menyebutkan, pemindahan ASN ke IKN bukan hanya relokasi fisik, namun juga transformasi dalam budaya kerja dan pelayanan publik.
Proses pemindahan tersebut melibatkan berbagai upaya, seperti transformasi cara kerja atau simplifikasi proses bisnis, pelaksanaan pemerintah digital, penataan manajemen ASN, dan penguatan koordinasi antar institusi terutama pelibatan ASN pemerintah daerah sebagai penyangga IKN.
