KAI Commuter confirms that all IT operating systems are functioning normally and all customer databases remain secure.
Anne urged the public to continue using KAI Commuter's service applications without concern. The company is committed to continuously enhancing cybersecurity for their information technology systems, ensuring a smooth commuting experience. Additionally, KAI Commuter will conduct a full investigation into this attempted cybercrime.
