SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) or KAI Commuter assures passengers that their user database is safe following a reported hacking incident that targeted personal information.

KAI Commuter Corporate Secretary Anne Purba, stated on Wednesday (7/3) that the company has implemented restrictions on access through the intranet network and conducted a thorough investigation to address the attempted system breach.

KAI Commuter confirms that all IT operating systems are functioning normally and all customer databases remain secure.

Anne urged the public to continue using KAI Commuter's service applications without concern. The company is committed to continuously enhancing cybersecurity for their information technology systems, ensuring a smooth commuting experience. Additionally, KAI Commuter will conduct a full investigation into this attempted cybercrime.
